This package manipulates all times internally in UNIX time format, which
is a linear number of seconds since the UNIX epoch (January 1, 1970).
When it is converted into a year, it will do so with full four digit
years.  Dates are never read in in any other format than linear time.

The above means that this package has and will have no year 2000 issues.
