If you are making an ezmlmrc file for your language, please make it
public domain and send it to Fred Lindberg (lindberg@id.wustl.edu).

I will put it on the ftp site. If there are just a few, I will put them
into the package. I will attempt to update these for new versions
(no major changes planned after 0.30), but may contact you if it needs
language-specific changes. I'm also happy to receive info on corrections,
and will apply patches to existing ezmlmrc files.

For ezmlm-idx>=0.30, please note that you can specify character set and
content-transfer-encoding (important for 8 bit character sets as come
mail software still isn't 8-bit clean). Please take advantage of this:

will for instance use the greek character set and base64 encoding.
EN, JP and FR are in 0.23. EN, JP and SV are included in ezmlm-idx-0.30.
EN, JP, SV, FR, DE, PL, PT_BR, DA are included in ezmlm-idx-0.312.

For ezmlm-idx-0.32x the latest versions are in the package
(as 0.312, plus CS), except for ID which is here.
