Roadside Program – Details for Licensed Drivers
Yes, Tony and I tend to snack on fruit through the day, then have one main meal at night. I have to take a lot of medication in the morning, so I might have a hard boiled egg, a glass of milk or maybe a couple of slices of lean ham before that, as some of the meds need to be taken with food. However, we're in Spain and it's hot at the moment. When we're in the UK, we tend to have two meals a day - usually a late breakfast/early lunch and then a main evening meal around 7.00pm. It works for us, because we don't do hard physical work or lead very busy lives. That said, we had breakfast in a local cafe this morning, and I'm now feeling hungry, and it's only 2.30pm!

I eat pretty much 2 meals a day: lunch and dinner. Not because I want to for weight loss, or anything like that. I just don't have the habit of eating anything aside from those. I will have some yogurt in the morning and coffee between the meals, but nothing more significant than that, unless someone offers me or I'm going somewhere special. Well I try not to -- it's not intentional. But sometimes you're just "too busy" to eat. I'm always on the go throughout the week so most times (since I know my schedule), I have to pack little snacks in my bag to snack on throughout the day. But if I were to skip any meal, it would be lunch. I can do a light lunch (snack) opposed to barely eating anything for breakfast and dinner.
