Yes, I know. I will be there tomorrow to see what tie ehy will be back at if there is any other different ones with them this week. I will see if they can be there at 3PM when the meeting starts. I was wondering the same thing if there was four other days they would be there this week when I was back from the other day.

-------<|>-------<|>-------<|>-------<|>-------<|>-------<|>

Thank you very much for your insight. I appreciate you all helping me with my puzzle. I still have the following concerns. The tan blotch is the horizontal siding board and the arrows represent the bottom edge of the siding rows I need to install or an existing siding row. Here are my concerns: Arrow #1 is the bottom edge of the row I need to eventually get to. I’m not too concerned about this one because I can increase or decrease the reveal and hopefully line this row up with the existing siding on the north side of the house (left side of picture - upper elevation). Arrow #2 points to the bottom edge of the ripped row I need to bring around the horizontal trim piece. From all my measurements, it seems like that would lineup about the middle of the reveal for the second row up on the upper elevation. This is accounting for the drip rail and a quarter inch non-caulked space above it. This is my BIGGEST concern as I would have an additional row that wouldn’t line up with the upper elevation right in the middle of the reveal and then a skinny row all the way down the west side of the house!

AAA — here for local drivers

In the late afternoon the local outreach team gathered at the community center to review the kit packing plan. There was a clipboard with a checklist, a stack of boxes, and a map of the neighborhoods that qualify for the program. Each person at the table took a turn reading aloud the distribution zones and confirming pickup locations.

“We want to be sure the items match what people need when a simple roadside issue arises,” one coordinator said, tapping a pen against the clipboard. A volunteer nodded and described how they would label each box with the street names and delivery schedule.

Notes were taken about inventory tracking and a short timeline was agreed upon for packaging. No one at the meeting suggested changes to the basic contents, but a quick discussion covered making the instructions clearer for first-time users of roadside tools. The group agreed to include a short printed guide with clear diagrams and a friendly tone.

Later, two team members walked the loading area together and rehearsed how they would load kits into the van. They practiced stacking boxes to keep weight balanced and reviewed where the checklist sheet would sit for easy scanning. A volunteer suggested a revised label color to improve visibility in lower light; the suggestion was added to the notes.

That evening, after the room was cleared, one coordinator stayed behind to write a brief follow-up memo for the volunteers who could not attend. The memo described the route plan, packing order, and contact numbers for the distribution leads. It also thanked everyone for their time and attention to detail, and invited any further suggestions to improve the process for the next session.
