Thinking about lunch. The cafe special today is a turkey club sandwich. Not a bad option. Sometimes I just bring leftovers from last night's dinner. Made a big batch of vegetable soup that turned out pretty well. Used carrots, celery, kale, and white beans. Simmered it with a bit of thyme.
Need to order more of the blue pens for the front desks. The black ones are still in stock, but the blue ones are running low. I'll add that to the supply list for the monthly order. Also, more of the standard notepads.
The walk-through for the seasonal display area is scheduled for Friday afternoon. We'll finalize the layout then. Looks like we have plenty of inventory for the planned themes. The team did a great job with the organization this year.
