I looked through the calendar and Wednesday seems easiest on my side.
If that changes, Thursday morning would still work without moving anything important.
I have the notes from the earlier discussion and can bring a shorter outline so we can settle the timing first.
The weather is supposed to be clear, so meeting near the station should be simple.
If you still want to include Jordan, let me know by midday and I will send a separate note.
I also checked the menu at that place you mentioned, and it seems they have enough lighter options for everyone.

Marriot

A stay-based guest thank-you with pillows and qualified travel nights

Because you stayed at a Marriot Hotel or a Marriot partnered hotel within the past year, you may receive one 2-pillow luxury cooling set per household, provided at no charge. After completing a very brief questionnaire, you can also claim a 2-night stay at select locations at no charge. You will not be billed for the pillows or the qualifying stay nights. Total pillow allocation is 500, and this announcement ends Tomorrow.

View pillows + 2-night stay

This offer is available to you because of your recent prior stay history with Marriot or one of its participating partner properties. The questionnaire is used to confirm shipping details and complete the stay-claim step. Once submitted, the pillow set and qualified stay information can be finalized through the same process.

What is included in the cooling pillow set

1. Cooling-oriented outer fabric helps the surface feel more balanced through the night.

2. A 2-pillow set supports a matched sleep setup rather than mixing sizes or fills.

3. Designed loft and fill distribution can assist with neck and shoulder alignment.

4. Breathable construction may reduce the heavy, warm feel some dense pillows retain.

5. Soft-touch finishes can offer a smoother contact surface for side and back sleepers.

6. Materials selected for comfort and airflow are often easier to use in year-round bedroom settings.

Availability follows program allocation levels, and stay dates plus select locations depend on current scheduling.

Thank you for choosing a Marriot Hotel. Your response helps us close your record and prepare shipment details.

That approach sounds reasonable, and I think a smaller plan would help keep everything clear.
I would start with the shorter route in the morning, then leave the longer errands for later when traffic settles a bit.
If you are bringing the larger boxes, I can clear space in advance so we are not rearranging things at the last minute.
I also checked the train schedule and the connection after lunch seems steadier than the earlier one.
If anything shifts, send me the updated time and I can adjust without much trouble on my end.
That should make the overall plan much easier to manage.
