CVS ExtraCare Reminder

I meant to reply sooner, but the afternoon slipped by while I was trying to finish a few loose ends before the evening. I did read everything, and yes, I still think the earlier plan makes the most sense.
It feels easier when we keep it simple and stop adding extra steps at the last minute.
I can help wrap up the checklist tomorrow if that still works for you. I also remembered the note about bringing something comfortable, and that was actually a very good reminder because I probably would have overlooked it otherwise.
I am still leaning toward meeting a little earlier just so we have time to settle in without rushing. If that does not fit your schedule, no problem at all. I can adjust and meet closer to the original time.
Either way, I am glad we narrowed everything down and made it feel less chaotic.

This service reminder was sent regarding your ExtraCare rewards status.

I was thinking about your question this morning, and my honest answer is that starting small has worked better for me than trying to do everything at once.
Whenever I change too many things in a single day, I lose track and end up dropping all of it by the weekend.
What helps most is picking one routine and making it easy enough that I can repeat it even when the day gets busy. I usually leave myself a note the night before because my brain is not very reliable before coffee.
I also try not to overplan every hour anymore. A little structure is helpful, but too much makes me avoid the whole thing.
If you want, I can send the short version of what I wrote down and you can borrow whatever parts sound useful. That would probably be easier than a long explanation.
