Walmart Points Update

I meant to answer sooner, but the week got busy and I finally have a minute now.
I did try the new routine we talked about, and it helped more than I expected once I stopped overthinking it.
The easiest part was keeping it simple and doing the same few steps each day instead of making a whole project out of it.
I also realized I focus better when I start a little earlier, before messages begin piling up.
Yesterday I took a longer walk than usual and came back feeling much calmer, so I may keep that in the mix.
If you want, I can send the short checklist I made because it mostly exists to keep me from getting distracted.
Nothing fancy at all, just enough structure to remember what matters first.
Anyway, that's been working for me lately, and I think consistency mattered more than finding a perfect method.

I was thinking about your question this morning while making tea, and I think the main reason it went better is that I stopped trying to fix everything at once.
I picked one small habit, kept it visible, and returned to it whenever the day drifted away from me.
It sounds ordinary, but having less to decide gave me a lot more energy for the rest of the day.
I also moved a few things around so the space feels easier to use, which has been strangely motivating.
A quiet room, a clear desk, and a short list seem to do more for me than any big burst of effort ever did.
If you're still experimenting, I would give it another week before changing anything again.
Sometimes a pattern only starts to make sense after a few uneven days, and then it suddenly feels natural to keep going.
