Harbor Freight Update

Yes, Tuesday works better for me because I can leave a little earlier and still have enough time to help set everything up.

If you want, I can bring the folding table and the extra notepads since those were useful the last time.

I checked with Mia, and she said she prefers the later start because it gives her time to finish the morning task before heading over.

About the snacks, I think keeping it simple is best, maybe fruit, crackers, and tea, since everyone usually just grazes while talking.

Also, I agree that we should keep the agenda short and leave room for casual discussion after the main points are covered.

For the handouts, I can print a few copies, but send me the final wording tonight so I can look it over once first.

If there is anything else you need picked up, let me know before lunchtime and I can add it to my list.

I do not mind staying a bit afterward to put chairs back if that makes the end smoother for everyone.

Harbor Freight shopper update

I was thinking the same thing, and I do think keeping the plan flexible will make the afternoon easier for everyone.

If Ryan is still bringing the folding chairs, then I can focus on the labels and the list for the front table.

The blue folders sounded like a better choice to me too, mainly because they are easier to spot when the room gets busy.

As for timing, moving the check-in ten minutes earlier might help avoid people gathering at the door all at once.

I can also send Dana a short reminder this evening so she knows which entrance we are using and where to place the sign.

You asked whether we needed a second round of printed pages, and my answer is probably not unless the group grows by a lot.

I would rather keep the setup light and add extra materials only if someone requests them once they arrive.

Let me know if you want me to draft the brief welcome note, because I already have a simple version in mind.
