I think you're right about that documentary being worth watching. I finally=
sat down with it last night and honestly it was better than I expected. Th=
e cinematography alone made it worth the time and the narrator had such a c=
alm voice NZLSMAGWI6CA7 that it really pulled me in. I ended up w=
atching the whole thing without even pausing. There's a scene around the mi=
ddle where they talk about the old lighthouse that genuinely surprised me w=
ith how emotional it got. Anyway thanks for recommending it. I'll send you =
a message later this week maybe we can grab coffee and talk about it more. =
The director has a couple of other films that look interesting too. Let me =
know what you think when you get a chance to watch it. I'd love to hear you=
r perspective on the ending because I'm still processing it honestly. The s=
oundtrack was also surprisingly good and I've been listening to it all morn=
ing.

I finally tried that pasta recipe you mentioned and it turned out really we=
ll. The key was letting the garlic simmer slowly instead of burning it like=
I usually do. I added a bit of lemon zest at the end and it really brighte=
ned up the whole dish. My family kept going back for seconds so I'd call th=
at a win. The fresh basil made a big difference too honestly I usually skip=
fresh herbs but this time I went all out. I'm thinking about trying the ot=
her recipe from that site next weekend maybe the one with the roasted veget=
ables. Let me know if you've made that one yet. I should probably write dow=
n the changes I made so I can remember them for next time. The whole proces=
s only took about forty minutes from start to finish which was nice for a w=
eeknight. I served it with a simple side salad and some crusty bread. Overa=
ll it was a great meal and I'm already looking forward to making it again.
