Yeah, I think the best way to handle the paint schedule is to start with the living room walls next Tuesday morning. We have three gallons of the matte eggshell in the shade called "Cloud Drift," and I checked the ceiling - it's already got a fresh coat from last fall. The trim around the windows still is fine, just needs a light dusting. I also rented the sprayer from the hardware store for Wednesday, so we can do the kitchen cabinets in one go. Let me know if you want to do the accent wall in the hallway first instead; we could shift the living room to Thursday. Also, I reserved the dumpster for the whole week, so we have room for old trim scraps. Another thing: the primer arrived today, two gallons of the oil-based kind you prefer. I'll bring drop cloths and tape from my garage. I can pick up coffee and pastries for the crew on Tuesday morning if you want.

We appreciate you being a part of this community effort. Stay prepared.

Sure, I can bring the extra folding chairs and the portable speaker system. The venue has a decent sound setup but the acoustics in that hall are tricky for the perimeters. I'll also bring a long extension cord and a surge protector for the laptop. About the menu: I think we should keep it simple with the mixed greens salad and the roasted chicken option - fewer complications than the pasta that gets soggy. The dessert table should have the mini tarts and the fruit platter; I already checked with the baker and she can deliver by noon. I set up a sign-up sheet for clean-up shifts. Also, I need to confirm the timeline for the slide presentation. I was planning to run it around 7:30, after the main course, but if the guest speaker arrives late we might shift it to 8. Let me know if you want to adjust. I can also pick up ice and napkins on the way. One more thing: the parking lot is reserved for attendees, but the volunteers should park behind the building as per the event coordinator.
