Yes, I was thinking the same thing. I think the  way to reply is to keep it=
 natural. That's what I told them when they asked. We just need a simple re=
sponse, nothing too complex. I'd probably say something like "Sure, I can h=
elp with that." It works almost every time. And if they push back, just add=
 a little warmth. That's usually enough to move things forward. I've seen i=
