Oh I totally forgot about that. Yeah we ended up going with the blue one in=
stead of the gray. My cousin actually recommended it because she said the g=
ray would show every smudge and she was right. The blue has been really eas=
y to keep clean and it matches the rest of the room better anyway. I think =
you made a good call suggesting we look at both options in person because o=
nline they looked way different. The lighting in the store made a huge diff=
erence. I still need to pick up those little felt pads for the bottom so it=
doesn't scratch the floor. Have you done that yet? I keep meaning to grab =
some but I forget every time I'm out. Anyway let me know if you want to com=
e over and see it this weekend. I think you'll like how everything came tog=
ether.

By the way I finally tried that coffee shop you mentioned near the park. Th=
e cold brew was solid and they had a nice outdoor seating area. I could see=
myself working from there sometimes. We should go together next week if yo=
u're free.

I finally finished that book you lent me last month.

It took me a while because I kept setting it down and then picking it back =
up but I have to say the ending really caught me off guard. I did not see t=
hat twist coming at all. I thought the main character was going to take a t=
otally different path and the way the author tied everything together in th=
e last few chapters was really satisfying. I can see why you said it was on=
e of your favorites. I highlighted a few passages that I think you would li=
ke too. I'll send you photos of them later. Also I started that show you re=
commended the one about the detective in the small town.

I'm only three episodes in but it has me hooked. The pacing is slower than =
what I usually watch but the atmosphere is incredible. The cinematography a=
lone is worth it. Let me know if you're free this weekend maybe we can watc=
h a couple episodes together. I'll bring snacks.

Oh and I finally got around to organizing the garage. It took way longer th=
an I expected but I found some old boxes of photos from college that I thou=
ght I had lost. It was really fun looking through them. I'll bring them ove=
r next time.
