Hi Sarah, I wanted to follow up on your question about the community garden=
scheduling for next month. I think the best approach is to assign plots ba=
sed on the survey responses we collected last week, since 17 people indicat=
ed they want morning slots and 12 prefer afternoons. That way we can rotate=
the afternoon slots every two weeks so no one feels left out. I also check=
ed with the parks department and they confirmed the water access points wil=
l be operational by the first of the month, so we won't need to cart hoses =
around. One thing I wanted to mention is that the tool shed organization co=
uld use a volunteer day maybe a Saturday morning before the official start.=
If we set up a signup sheet at the next meeting, I think we can get enough=
people to help. Let me know what you think about this plan. I can draft a =
schedule template and share it with the committee for review before we send=
 it out to everyone.
