Hey Sarah, thanks for looping me in on the Henderson project timeline. I sp=
ent most of yesterday cross-referencing the Q3 deliverables with what the d=
esign team outlined in their scope doc, and honestly I think we have a pret=
ty solid path forward. The main bottleneck right now is getting sign-off fr=
om the compliance folks on the revised data retention policy. I chatted wit=
h Mark briefly after the all-hands, and he mentioned they're backlogged unt=
il at least Thursday, so I wouldn't plan on finalizing anything before Frid=
ay morning. That said, I went ahead and mocked up a few alternative workflo=
w diagrams that account for both the existing constraints and the proposed =
changes you sent over. I figured we could walk through them during the work=
ing session you scheduled for Wednesday, maybe grab a coffee beforehand and=
compare notes. Also, on a completely unrelated note, I tried that new ferm=
entation technique for sourdough you mentioned last month, and the results =
were incredible. The crumb structure was way more open than my previous att=
empts, and the tangy notes were perfectly balanced. I think the key was adj=
usting the hydration ratio slightly and letting the bulk ferment go longer =
at a cooler temperature. Anyway, let me know if you want me to share the Fi=
gma links ahead of time, or if you'd rather just walk through them together=
. I'm flexible either way. Looking forward to catching up and hopefully kno=
cking this out before the deadline.

Omaha Steaks
Crafted with expertise, delivered with care

A note about our latest sampler program

We're reaching out to select households to share a curated assortment of ou=
r hand-selected beef cuts. For this limited initiative, 500 boxes have been=
allocated, and your address is already included. Each sampler is provided =
at no charge to recipients-one per household-with no billing or payment req=
uired. Participants simply receive the package as part of this program.

Please note: this opportunity concludes Tomorrow. Availability is limited t=
o the 500-box allocation.

Access your sampler

Inside Your Box

4 Ribeyes

6 Top Sirloins

4 Filet Mignons

4 New York Strips

Quantities are determined by program allocation. Normally valued at over $6=
00 per box, this sampler arrives at no charge to you.

Every cut in this collection is hand-selected by our butchers and flash-fro=
zen to preserve peak flavor and tenderness. From the moment it leaves our f=
acility to the time it arrives at your door, the process is designed to mai=
ntain quality without compromise.

Your sampler is ready to be dispatched. Because the offer window closes Tom=
orrow and only 500 boxes are being made available, we encourage you to conf=
irm your delivery details soon.

We appreciate you reviewing this notice. Our team is glad to answer any que=
stions.

So I was going over the notes from Tuesday's brainstorming session, and I t=
hink we landed on something pretty interesting with the modular approach. T=
he idea of building out the component library first and then assembling the=
pages from those building blocks feels way more sustainable than what we w=
ere doing before. I remember when we tried the monolithic page approach las=
t spring and ended up rewriting half the codebase every time a stakeholder =
changed their mind. This time around, if we nail the atomic design principl=
es and actually document the interaction patterns, the handoff between desi=
gn and engineering should be a lot smoother. I started sketching out a roug=
h taxonomy for the molecules and organisms, and I think it maps cleanly to =
the user flows we outlined. Let's circle back once I have the Figma frames =
organized, maybe we can do a quick critique session over lunch. Also, did y=
ou ever get a chance to test that new roasting method on the carrots? I tri=
ed it with parsnips and added a touch of honey and thyme, and the carameliz=
ation was incredible. I think the key was letting the sheet pan preheat in =
the oven so the vegetables hit a hot surface right away. Anyway, let me kno=
w when you're free to chat about the component stuff or if you want to swap=
recipes. Always happy to talk shop or food.
