Dear bruce@untroubled.org,

I am Tom Williams, Head Officer-in-Charge of the Administrative=20
Service Inspection Unit at the United Nations Inspection Agency,=20
Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, Atlanta, Georgia.

During a recent inspection, we identified an abandoned shipment=20
originally consigned to you. The shipment was transferred to our=20
facility from John F. Kennedy International Airport and had been=20
dispatched via a diplomat from the United Kingdom. Upon scanning,=20
two metal trunk boxes weighing approximately 65 kg each (internal=20
dimensions: W61 x H156 x D73 cm; effective capacity: 680 L) were=20
found to contain an undisclosed sum of currency.

The consignment was abandoned due to several irregularities: the=20
contents were falsely declared as =E2=80=9Cpersonal effects / classified=20=

documents=E2=80=9D rather than currency=E2=80=94likely to avoid interferenc=
e by=20
the shipping agent or seizure by authorities=E2=80=94and the shipper=20
failed to pay required non-inspection fees and secure proper=20
documentation.

Based on my assessment, each box holds approximately $6 million=20
USD, for a total of $12 million USD. The consignment remains in=20
airport storage. Official United Nations documentation from the=20
London office, which lists your name and email address and=20
classifies the shipment as personal effects, is still available.

At this stage, I kindly request that you reconfirm your full=20
name, telephone number, and complete address to allow me to=20
cross-check these details against the official records. Please=20
advise whether you wish to claim the consignment or if we should=20
proceed with instructions to repatriate it to the United Kingdom=20
(place of origin).

I wish to reiterate that the shipper abandoned the consignment=20
due to false declaration, inability to pay for required tags, and=20
failure to obtain valid non-inspection documentation. I am=20
prepared to assist you in recovering these packages, provided we=20
mutually agree on appropriate financial compensation for my=20
involvement. You may either claim the consignment in person or=20
engage a secure shipping or delivery company capable of providing=20
the necessary security for door-to-door delivery. I would require=20
your full assurance and guarantees before proceeding further.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Yours sincerely,

Tom Williams
Head Officer-in-Charge
Administrative Service Inspection Unit
