so we were thinking about the community garden layout again and someone suggested putting the herb spiral closer to the water spigot, but I remember last spring the mint completely took over that corner and nobody was happy about it. What do you think about moving the raised beds six inches to the east so the pathway feels less cramped near the tool shed? Someone else asked if we could add a small bench under the maple tree, and honestly that sounds nice for the volunteers. The compost rotation schedule also needs a second look because the third bin is still too wet and starting to smell a little funky. We talked about adding a sign for the pollinators and maybe labeling the squash varieties because visitors keep asking what is what. Do you have the seed inventory for the fall planting, or should I ask Margaret to bring her notebook on Saturday? Also curious if we should order more wood chips now or wait until after the next work day. The gate latch on the south side is sticking again and someone mentioned replacing it with a simple hook. I can bring my drill and some screws if that helps. Let me know your thoughts on the tool rack because it keeps tipping forward whenever someone sets a rake on the left side. We should probably anchor it to the fence posts before someone gets a handle to the shin. The watering team said the hose splitter is leaking where it connects to the spigot, so maybe we need a new washer or just replace the whole splitter. I'll check the shed for spare parts on Thursday. Also the donation pile by the bulletin board is getting too tall again, so if you see Carla remind her that the thrift store pickup is every other Tuesday.

that shift change note you left was helpful. If we can keep the fridge clear of expired yogurt that would be great. I'm also trying to figure out a better way to organize the shared calendar so people stop double booking the conference room for the same afternoon. Last tuesday there was a bit of confusion with the projector cart and no one knew where the extra hdmi cable went. My suggestion is to label the drawer under the printer and put the spare cords in zipper bags. I can grab some labels from the supply closet. The thermostat setting seems to drift after about four in the afternoon and a couple of people mentioned it gets stuffy near the windows. The plants by the break area need water but I'm not sure whose week it is. Maybe we can make a small sign with a rotating duty chart. Let me know if the maintenance request for the broken cabinet hinge was submitted. The lock on the side door sticks when the weather is humid, so we might need to sand the frame a bit. I'd be happy to bring a small toolkit on Friday if no one else has one handy.

I noticed the hallway bulletin board still has the old schedule from two weeks ago, so I replaced it with a printed copy of the current rotation. The break room refrigerator is getting crowded again and I think we should do a quick label check before Friday. Someone left a container of soup that predates the last office potluck, and I'm not brave enough to open it. The supply cabinet by the printer is missing the extra ream of paper that was there on Monday. If anyone borrowed it for the upstairs copier, could you return it so we don't run short during the quarterly report run. Also, the projector cart has a wobbly front wheel and it makes a weird squeak when you push it down the hall. I've been moving it slowly to avoid spilling the laptop basket. The meeting this afternoon got moved to the smaller conference room because the big one is being painted. Just a reminder that the mail pick-up happens at three and the postage meter is getting low on ink. The office plant in the corner by the east window could use a trim, but I'm not sure who owns it. There's a collection envelope for the team gift in the top drawer of the desk by the copy machine. I'm happy to coordinate if no one else wants to. Also, the automatic lights in the back hallway have been flickering, so I put in a maintenance note.

I noticed the hallway bulletin board still has the old schedule from two we=
eks ago, so I replaced it with a printed copy of the current rotation. The =
break room refrigerator is getting crowded again and I think we should do a=
quick label check before Friday. Someone left a container of soup that pre=
dates the last office potluck, and I'm not brave enough to open it. The sup=
ply cabinet by the printer is missing the extra ream of paper that was ther=
e on Monday. If anyone borrowed it for the upstairs copier, could you retur=
n it so we don't run short during the quarterly report run. Also, the proje=
ctor cart has a wobbly front wheel and it makes a weird squeak when you pus=
h it down the hall. I've been moving it slowly to avoid spilling the laptop=
basket. The meeting this afternoon got moved to the smaller conference roo=
m because the big one is being painted. Just a reminder that the mail pick-=
up happens at three and the postage meter is getting low on ink. The office=
plant in the corner by the east window could use a trim, but I'm not sure =
who owns it. There's a collection envelope for the team gift in the top dra=
wer of the desk by the copy machine. I'm happy to coordinate if no one else=
wants to. Also, the automatic lights in the back hallway have been flicker=
ing, so I put in a maintenance note.
