Hey there, glad you asked about the weekend plans. I honestly think we shou=
ld try that little diner off the old county road - the one with the red che=
ckered curtains. I drove past it last Tuesday and it looked just busy enoug=
h to be good, not so packed that you wait forever. My cousin said the biscu=
its are the real deal, and he's picky about that sort of thing. I'm leaning=
toward going early, maybe around nine, before the brunch rush really start=
s. That way we can grab the window seat and people-watch if the weather sta=
ys nice. Also, I found that old board game we used to play at the cabin, th=
e one with the wooden tiles and the little brass tokens. I can bring it, bu=
t I need to check if all the pieces are still in the box. Last time we play=
ed, I think one of the red pieces rolled under the couch and I forgot to gr=
ab it. I'll look tonight. No big deal either way, it's been years since we =
even opened the lid. Let me know what you think.

ards account to view your full balance and apply your earned value toward y=
our next purchase.

Okay so I was talking to my neighbor about the little vegetable patch out b=
ack, and she asked if I'd tried that heirloom tomato variety that's been ma=
king the rounds at the local market. I told her I haven't planted anything =
since the early spring, because the soil just seemed too dry and I didn't w=
ant to fight with the hose every evening. But then she mentioned using stra=
w as a top layer to keep moisture in, and honestly that makes a lot of sens=
e. I might give it a shot after the next rain, if the ground softens up a l=
ittle. She also said she has extra marigold seeds and offered me a handful =
- apparently they keep certain pests away, which I didn't know. I thought t=
hey were just for looks. Anyway, if you come over for coffee sometime soon,=
we can walk back there and I'll show you what she's talking about. Bring t=
hose gloves you left in my car last month. They're still in the trunk next =
to the jumper cables. Not that I wanted to move them, just thought you'd li=
ke to know where they ended up.
