Tim Denton wrote a very insightful (and long) article entitled "Wars with no Fronts: the Shield of Achilles and our Constitution" discussing the state of the Canadian law and constitution in the face of militant Islam, transnational corporations, and judicial hubris. An excellent and balanced read on the state of our government(s), I highly recommend it.
